Judy Ginsburgh is the founder and Executive Director of Central Louisiana Arts & Healthcare. She is the primary administrator for the program. She also provides music for palliative care patients and in her other life, is a professional singer, vibrational healer and a Rabbi.

JoAnne Thompson is a professional visual artist and has been working with Arts & Healthcare, Inc. since its beginnings. She is a dedicated and passionate volunteer who facilitates visual arts activities in the Cabrini Cancer Center each week. JoAnne maintains a studio at River Oaks Square.

The Gary Cathey Band performs once a month in the Cabrini Outpatient Lobby and for special events at the Cabrini Cancer Center. They are a favorite local band specializing in easy listening favorites.
Morgan Reese (below) is one of our newest volunteers. Morgan is an artist who visits pediatric patients at the bedside to engage them in art and also paints in the Cabrini lobby and Cancer Center.

Staff & Volunteers


Jane Oxenhandler plays mountain dulcimer with Sam Poole on guitar. They play each month at one of our hospitals either as a duo or with the Red River Dulcimer Ensemble.
